§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalFollowing publication of the alcohol harm reduction strategy for England, we are working with the industry—both the on and offtrade—to draw up a social responsibility scheme and code of practice. The scheme will be voluntary, but w ill include a financial contribution from retailers, where necessary, towards managing the local crime and disorder consequences of alcohol misuse.
