§ Lord RookerThe Office of the Deputy Prime Minister aims to consult in the next few months on arrangements for statutory consultees. The proposal to lower the threshold for consultation on playing fields from 0.4 to 0.2 hectares will be included in a draft amendment to the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995.
The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister expects to consult early next year on the proposal to amend the law on demolition of sports buildings by means of a draft amendment to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995.
