§ Lord McIntosh of HaringeyThe Inland Revenue does encourage taxpayers to file their tax returns electronically, and is continually looking at ways of enhancing and developing its electronic services including all forms of electronic contact rather than just e-mail. Some e-mail, and services like e-mail, are already available and more will be provided in the future.
