Whether, before making a statement on a matter which is the subject of a complaint to the National Contact Point on an alleged breach of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's guidelines for multinational enterprises, they consult the National Contact Point on whether the terms of the statement might prejudice the complaint. § Lord Sainsbury of TurvilleIssues regarding the OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises are primarily a matter for the National Contact Point, located in the DTI. Statements made by other government bodies would not therefore prejudice any complaint under the guidelines.
