Whether they consider it discriminatory that only 38 per cent of the staff of the Northern Ireland Equality Commission are Protestant. [HL4242]

The level of Protestant representation in the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland's workforce is included in each of the published annual reports. The commission's current corporate plan includes the implementation of affirmative action programmes to address under-representation within the workforce.
