§ Lord Davies of OldhamThere is no public sector liability in respect of the Class 222 Meridians. They30WA were acquired through a private commercial arrangement between National Express Group and HSBC Rail. Should the trains prove surplus to requirements, it will be for the companies to decide what should be done with them.
