When the Independent Police Complaints Commission is expected to issue its report on the events in Parliament Square on 15 September 2004. [HL4485]

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) informs me that because of the scale and complexity of the investigation it is not possible to say at this time when its report will be issued.

However, the IPCC is committed to ensuring proportionate and timely investigations into complaints against the police and will keep the public informed of developments as the investigation progresses.
