§ Alun MichaelWe maintain close contact with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) on issues that have a bearing on the relationship between supermarkets and their suppliers, and in particular on the supermarkets' Code of Practice. As part of the Government's Strategy for Sustainable Farming and Food, the OFT has undertaken to continuously monitor the practices of the supermarkets to which the Code applies.
