§ Malcolm WicksWe hope to publish estimates of the number of people contracted out of the State Second Pension in the 2001–02 and 2002–03 tax years by the end of 2004. Estimates of the number of people contracted out in the 2003–04 tax year are expected to be published at the end of 2005.
