§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Council Tax (Prescribed Classes of Dwellings) (England) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/3011), as amended by the Council Tax (Prescribed Classes of Dwellings) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2004 S.I. (2004/926), set out the circumstances in which the 50 per cent. council tax discount on the second home is retained where a person is required to live in job related accommodation. Records of correspondence received by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister do not differentiate between the topics requested and other council tax matters. A precise figure could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
