§ Mr. IngramThe Royal Military Police (Special Investigations Branch) do not make recommendations for proceedings. At the conclusion of any Royal Military Police investigation a report, together with supporting evidence, is submitted to the appropriate Commanding Officer and to the Army Legal Services.
