§ Miss Melanie JohnsonPharmaceutical companies must submit all research data to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency in support of any application for a marketing authorisation of a medicinal product. We have no plans to compel pharmaceutical companies or others to provide unpublished research data to the National Institute for Clinical Excellence.
