§ Mr. SutcliffeYes. The provisions in the Employment Rights Act 1996 apply to all redundancies. The provisions in the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 apply in all cases where there are proposals to dismiss 20 or more employees at one establishment within a 90-day period.
