§ The Lord President of the Council (Baroness Amos)Mr Dónall Ó Riagáin first provided advice to the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure in August 2000. He has provided advice on the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages and, on a business case for the Ulster-Scots Academy. Mr Ó Riagáin has provided advice by e-mail and telephone.
