What advice the North/South Ministerial Council gave to the Eire Government about the Official Languages Act 2003; whether it obtained legal advice; and if so what that advice was. [HL2635]

The North/South Ministerial Council did not give any advice to the Irish Government about the Official Languages Act 2003. Information on whether legal advice was sought and, if it was, on its content, is exempt from disclosure under paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part 2 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
