§ Mr. Charles ClarkeAs Green Minister for the Department for Education and Stills I meet regularly with other Government Departments, Non-Government Organisations and external partners to take forward the Sustainable Development agenda. For further information on my Department's progress on Sustainable Development I refer the hon. Member to the answer I have given today to question 166786.
It has, however, been established practice under successive Governments not to disclose information relating to the proceedings of Cabinet Committees. This practice is now formalised by Exemption 2 of Part II of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
