Further to the Written Answer by the Lord President on 29 March (WA 127) concerning the budget of the Ulster-Scots Agency, where the information was obtained to support the statement that "proportionality was maintained at the same level as in previous years as no new factors have emerged". [HL2277]

In the absence of any factors requiring the two proportions to be changed between one financial year and the next, no such change was considered.
