§ Lord FilkinA copy of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission's (SIAC) open judgments in cases relating to detention under the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 will be placed in the Library of the House in the forthcoming weeks. A separate initiative is currently ongoing to place accessible copies of SIAC's open determinations onto a relevant departmental Internet site.
