To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he plans to charge charities for criminal record checks. [169860]

§ Ms Blears
The Criminal Records Bureau charges a fee for all Disclosures, except that Disclosures are issued free in the case of volunteers. We have no plans to charge volunteers.
