Whether there is an ombudsman procedure for disputes over the conduct of Ministers in the devolved administration; and if so, what steps are taken to publicise the procedure. [HL2475]

The conduct of Ministers in the Welsh Assembly Cabinet is governed by the Ministerial Code of Conduct approved by the Assembly. The Welsh Administration Ombudsman is responsible for investigating complaints of maladministration against officials of the National Assembly for Wales. The Welsh Ministerial Code is available on the National Assembly for Wales Website. The ombudsman website can be found athttp://www.ombudsman.org.uk/pca/wales/.

The conduct of the Scottish Ministers is governed by the Scottish Ministerial Code. The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman is reponsible for investigating complaints against members of the Scottish Executive.
