§ Mr. SutcliffeThe Office of Fair Trading (OFT) announced on 20 February 2004 that it would carry out an audit of the supermarkets' own records to determine whether there is evidence to support complaints about the Code made by various suppliers. When OFT have finalised their assessment, DTI is ready to look closely at the findings and any recommendations for action.
