What account they will take of the Strategic Rail Authority's strategic rail freight interchange policy when formulating their planning and transport policies. [HL2015]

The policy document is primarily for the guidance of planning authorities and private sector developers. It provides a framework to promote and facilitate the delivery of strategic rail freight interchanges in a way that is consistent with the Government's wider economic and environmental objectives.
