§ Mr. LammyI am considering the first phase of the report on solicitors and will shortly receive the second phase on barristers. When I have both phases I will make a statement which will set out the significance of the reviews for Government policy. It would be premature to make a statement without both phases of the review. We have made available the first phase of the review to the Select Committee on Constitutional Affairs as evidence for its study into advice deserts.
