Letter from Mike Isaac to Mr. Jon Trickett dated 29 March 2004: In reply to your recent parliamentary question about the Child Support Agency the Secretary of state promised a substantive reply from the Chief Executive. As he is currently on leave I am replying on his behalf. You asked the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many caseworkers are employed by the Child Support Agency, broken down by region The Agency conducts its business through six business units. Their geographical boundaries are described in the Agency's Business Plan. The Business Plan for 2003/04 was placed in the library of the House of Commons on 29 April 2003. The following staff are employed as caseworkers in each of these business units.
