§ Ms Rosie WintertonThe regulations covering the packaging of medicinal products makes no reference to the use of tamper-evident presentations. Any decision to use such packaging is a commercial decision for the marketing authorisation holder, provided the safety, quality and efficacy of the medicine is assured.
