§ Mr. IngramLieutenant Colonel Haes' report on Army Training and Recruiting Agency Duty of Care and Supervision 98–01 made a significant number of wide-ranging recommendations. I will write to my hon. Friend and a copy of my letter will be placed in the Library of the House.
