§ Mr. BrowneThe Department has received seven representations from individual businesses and five representations form trade associations on difficulties in accessing affordable employers' liability compulsory insurance cover since December 2003.
In addition the Department continues to discuss these issues with business representatives and trade associations on a regular basis.
