§ Mr. JamiesonNone of the incidents referred to in 2001 and 2002 resulted in court actions. In all of these cases it was either not possible to ascertain which vessels had lost the dangerous cargoes, or the spill occurred within harbour limits. In the latter case, it would be for the appropriate harbour authority to take forward court action.
