§ The Minister of State, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (Lord Rooker)While the Local Government Act 2000 allows county electoral divisions of more than one member, it is a matter for the Electoral Commission to determine whether it should recommend such divisions based on the reviews it conducts and evidence it obtains.
