§ Mr. MullinWe welcome the efforts of the UN Secretary-General's Special Representative, supported by Cameroon and Nigeria, to take forward the 2002 International Court of Justice ruling on the border between Cameroon and Nigeria. HMG is actively considering a contribution to the present demarcation exercise.
