§ The Lord President of the Council (Baroness Amos)The budget for the Ulster-Scots Agency for 2004 was set after consultation between sponsor departments and the agency. The chief executive of the agency met with DCAL officials on three occasions with regard to the budget, on 17 October, 30 October and 6 November. There were also numerous telephone conversations and e-mail exchanges between sponsor departments, departments of finance and the agency.
