§ Baroness Scotland of AsthalWe will be looking at this issue as part of the comprehensive review of 61WA current firearms legislation. We will be publishing a consultation paper shortly.
Imitation firearms that are readily convertible to fire live ammunition are treated in law as real, working guns and if they are handguns, are already banned.
