§ Margaret HodgeThe response to the Green Paper `Every Child Matters' consultation sets out our aims for funding services for young people. We intend to rationalise funding streams and grant programmes at local level in order to avoid duplication. As Children's Trusts become operational this will involve the pooling of appropriate budgets.
