To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many residents of Crosby have benefited from the increase in unfair dismissal compensation to £50,000. [160543]

I regret that I am unable to provide any statistics for the Crosby area. However, in common with the rest of Great Britain, all Crosby residents have had the potential to benefit from the increase in unfair dismissal compensation in the appropriate circumstances.
