§ Mr. BrowneThe Government are committed to raising maximum penalties for health and safety breaches, as parliamentary time allows. We welcome the Health and Safety at Work (Offences) Bill, introduced by my hon. Friend the Member for Edmonton (Mr. Love), which introduces the changes the Government are seeking to make.
