To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many properties, broken down by categories of use, will be affected by the proposal to derate businesses in the province; and how much money will be raised by each of the proposed steps until full derating is reached in 2011. [159957]

The potential yield from the phasing out of industrial derating is included in table 1 below and the number of properties, broken down by categories of use, that will be affected by the proposal to phase out industrial derating for manufacturing business in Northern Ireland is included in table 2.
