§ Dawn Primarolo[holding answer 27 February 2004]:Sport is primarily a devolved matter in Scotland and so the responsibility of the Scottish Executive. In relation to non devolved fiscal aspects, the 2003 Pre-Budget Report announced that the Government is to consider 1553W how it can best help to support Football Supporters' Trusts, in particular by a review of how they are treated by the Inland Revenue.
