§ Mr. HuttonThe Department is in the process of producing new guidance on the Management of Occupational Health and Safety Services in the national health service in response to the National Audit Office Report, "A Safer Place to Work—improving the management of health and safety risks to staff in the NHS". The new guidance will include comprehensive new guidelines on the management of needlesticks. It is due to be published later this year.
