§ Dawn PrimaroloThe Inland Revenue has not drawn up compliance performance estimates since 1999–2000, when a global estimate for the Department was given. As the Board's report for 2003 sets out, yield figures vary according to the number and tax effect of the complex enquiries brought to settlement in each year, and this is also affected by the consequences of litigation undertaken.
