§ Lord BachWe cannot yet say what caused the Lynx helicopter to crash. A Service board of inquiry has been convened to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident and the Royal Navy Flight Safety and Accident Investigation Centre is carrying out an air accident investigation.
A copy of the military air accident summary will be placed in the Library of the House when the Royal Navy Flight Safety and Accident Investigation Centre has completed its investigation.
