§ Ms BlearsThe penalty notice for disorder scheme is in the process of being rolled out to all police forces in England and Wales. It is expected to be in place nationally by 1 April. Merseyside police commenced issuing penalty notices for disorder with effect from 1 March. Data are not yet available on penalty notices issued.
