§ Margaret HodgeSince October 2003, I have assumed responsibility for the Children and Family Court Advice and Support Service (CAFCASS). Responsibility for CAFCASS transferred to my Department from the Department of Constitutional Affairs on 12 January 2004.
I am not aware of any plans to extend my responsibilities as the Minister for Children, Young People and Families.
