§ The Prime MinisterThe Joint Intelligence Committee Chairman was aware in September 2002 that the 45 minutes claim referred to battlefield munitions. As he told Lord Hutton, battlefield munitions were interpreted as covering multiple rocket launchers and artillery with ranges of up to 40 kilometres.
