§ Keith HillUsing data from the Survey of English Housing for the years 1999–2000 to 2002–03, the estimated number of households in the social rented sector in London that are one bedroom above the "bedroom standard" is 170,000 (i.e. 20 per cent. of 775W households). The estimated number that are two or more bedrooms above the standard is 60,000 (i.e. 7 per cent.)
