Mr. Straw

All Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) records are normally transferred to The National Archives after 30 years. All FCO records relating to Sir Roger Casement are available to the public there. In the time available to answer this question we have not been able to trace any records withheld by this Department relating to the others named or to the Easter Rising of April-May 1916. I will write to the hon. Member to confirm the position.
