Whether they will publish new documented appraisals taking into account overall forecast increase in air traffic by autumn 2004. [HL3375]

The Government have no such plans. The appraisals conducted for the air transport White Paper were based on current air traffic forecasts. The Government will keep their traffic forecasts under review and update them as necessary.
