§ Ms BlearsAntisocial behaviour orders (ASBOs) have been available to the courts since 1 April 1999. From commencement, up to 31 December 2003 (latest available), the Home Office has been notified of one ASBO being issued within the Carrick District and none within the Kerrier District.
