§ The Prime Minister
As Chief Adviser on Delivery, Professor Michael Barber advises me on delivery of the Government's public service priorities, including the joint Cabinet Office/Treasury Public Service Agreement target'Improve public services by working with departments to help them meet their PSA targets, consistently with the fiscal rules.'
