§ Margaret HodgeIt is important that the future implementation of Sure Start Children's Centres is based on the most up to date information on deprivation. The Sure Start Unit has commissioned analysis to help consider how to use the new Index of Multiple of Deprivation so we continue to target the most disadvantaged children and families effectively. This work should be complete by the early autumn.
