To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills what proportion of primary schools has achieved 100 per cent. of its pupils reaching Level 4 in reading in the Key Stage 2 SAT tests. [177272]

In the 2003 National Curriculum assessment tests for Key Stage 2, 9.7 per cent. of schools achieved 100 per cent. of its pupils reaching Level 4 or above.
